    We accept all US debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, facilitated through Wix Payments and PayPal, ensuring secure and convenient transactions for our customers. We also provide financing through our partner- Affirm.
  • Do you provide financing?
    Yes, we offer financing options through our service partner, Affirm. This allows you to conveniently finance your purchase and choose a payment plan that works best for you. For more information, read more in the section on Affirm. By using the Affirm financing option, you will have to comply with all the terms and conditions of Affirm. All support for this option will be provided directly by Affirm.
  • Will I be charged tax?
    Please note that US sales tax requirements may be subject to change due to the recent Supreme Court ruling on sales tax. For US Orders: Xana Diamonds collects sales tax based on the state to which the order is shipped. For international orders: Xana Diamonds collects the relevant duties for each order based on the shipping destination. Taxes and duties on orders will be calculated based on the rates in effect on the date your order ships.
  • Do you offer resizing of engagement rings?
    Yes. Engagement rings and any other ring (except for full eternity rings) purchased from us can be resized for free for a period of 60 days. Please note- due to design constraints, eternity rings cannot be resized. You will have to initiate a return for the eternity ring and order a new ring in your size. This will be subject to our Returns policy.
  • Do you charge for resizing of engagement rings?
    Enjoy a 60-day free resizing period. After that, a $50 resizing fee applies, along with shipping and insurance costs for both ways.
  • Will you be able to repair jewelry not purchased from Xana Diamonds?
    No. At the moment we do not provide repairs for jewelry not purchased through us.
