For products below $1000, our standard shipping option, which also includes insurance, is available for $50. For customers who require a faster delivery time, we offer an expedited shipping option that includes insurance, at a cost of $100.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Shop with confidence knowing that all products over $1000 come with a 30-day free and insured return policy.
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original packaging and receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive instant store credit that can be towards your next purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
RESIZING OF RINGS
We offer free 60-day ring resizing which includes insured shipping both ways. The 60-day policy begins when your purchase is first available for shipment or pickup.​​
What rings cannot be resized?

Full Eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design, but they can be exchanged under our 30-day policy.

Alternative metals (such as tantalum or titanium) cannot be resized but they can be exchanged under our 30-day policy.

Custom, modified, and engraved rings can be resized but are subject to resize fees.
